At KCRUSH, we have made the payment process as simple and convenient as possible.
You can securely pay for your order using any bank card: Visa, MasterCard, or MIR.
Shipping
We ship orders to Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan via CDEK.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing and Delivery Times
If the item is in stock, the estimated processing and delivery times are as follows:

For pre-order items, delivery times are calculated from the official release date.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, standard order processing and shipping will begin.
In rare cases, shipping after the release date may take from 1 week to 1 month.

Return & Exchange Policy
At KCRUSH, we carefully handle every order and want your purchases to bring you joy.
Albums, CD / DVD and Music Products
Music albums, CD, DVD, and other audio or video products cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with applicable laws.
Please record a continuous unboxing video, starting from the moment you open the shipping box.
Unfortunately, without an unboxing video, we will not be able to review claims regarding missing items inside the product.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us and provide the following:

a photo of the package

a photo of the defect

an unboxing video (if available)

your order number
We will carefully review the situation and do our best to offer a fair solution.
Damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself may occur during international shipping and is not always considered a valid reason for a return or exchange.
