Payment and Shipping Terms

1. Payment Terms

KCRUSH aims to provide customers with a simple, secure, and convenient payment process.

Orders may be paid using valid bank cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and MIR, subject to the availability of such payment methods at checkout.

2. Shipping Areas

KCRUSH currently delivers orders to Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan through CDEK.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of checkout based on the delivery destination and the contents of the order.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

3.1. K-food (Almaty Stock)

For K-food items available in stock in Almaty, the estimated total processing and delivery period is from 5 to 15 days.

The approximate timeline is as follows:

order processing and packing: 1 to 3 days;
handover to the delivery service: 1 to 2 days;
delivery across Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan: approximately 10 days.

3.2. K-pop (Korea Stock)

For K-pop items shipped from KCRUSH’s warehouse in Korea, the estimated total delivery period is from 14 to 37 days.

The approximate timeline is as follows:

delivery from Korea to the intermediate warehouse: 6 to 17 days;
handover to the delivery service: 1 to 2 days;
delivery across Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan: approximately 10 days.

All delivery periods are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics operations and carrier workload.

4. Pre-order Items

For pre-order items, delivery periods are calculated from the official release date of the product.

After the product arrives and becomes available for shipment, the standard order processing and shipping procedure shall apply.

In rare cases, shipment after the release date may take from 1 week to 1 month.

5. Important Notice

All delivery timeframes indicated on the website are approximate and shall not be regarded as guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery periods may be affected by circumstances beyond KCRUSH’s reasonable control, including but not limited to international logistics, customs clearance procedures, carrier workload, weekends, and public holidays.

In the event of a significant delay, KCRUSH shall make reasonable efforts to notify the customer accordingly.
